Pricing questions
How do you decide what a draw costs?+
By the post’s comment count, shown before anything runs. Up to 500 comments is free. Above that, a one-time Draw Pass covers that draw ($4.99 up to 10,000, $14.99 up to 100,000). Pro covers everything up to a pooled 100,000 comments a month.
Do I need an account for a Draw Pass?+
No. Guests can pay for a single draw with Stripe Checkout. Creating a free account later automatically claims your past draws.
What if the draw finds no eligible entrants?+
Loosen the rules and re-run — rule changes and redraws on the same post never cost extra.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your billing page (Stripe customer portal). You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
What counts against the Pro monthly pool?+
The comments fetched for each draw you run in a rolling 30-day window. Re-applying rules or redrawing an existing draw doesn’t fetch again, so it’s free.
Refunds?+
Third-party data costs are incurred as soon as fetching starts, so Draw Passes are non-refundable after that — except for technical failure on our side, double charges, or draws that never started. Full policy linked below.
